- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festive seasons or sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or courier delays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all major pincodes across India. If our courier partners do not serve your specific location, we will contact you to find an alternative solution or issue a full refund.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hopecraft Trading Private Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and provide us with photos of the damaged product for faster resolution.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for delivery failures if the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
