1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item was purchased in the last 7 days (or specify your preferred timeframe, e.g., 15 days).
- The item is in its original packaging, unwashed, unworn, and unused.
- The original tags are still attached to the clothing.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Items on clearance or “Final Sale.”
- Customized or personalized clothing.
- Innerwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@hopecraft.in or call us at +91 84879 66406 with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if there is a sizing issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at info@hopecraft.in.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Rejected: If the item is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or missing tags, the refund may be rejected or a partial refund may be offered.
5. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately within 24-48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging to expedite the process.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order is in the “Shipped” status, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
