At Hopecraft Trading Private Limited, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind after placing an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our operational process.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
- You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, or until it has been dispatched (whichever is earlier).

- If the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
- Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- In such cases, you will need to receive the package and then follow our Refund and Returns Policy to return the item (if eligible).
- Shipping charges incurred for dispatched orders are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by Hopecraft Trading Private Limited
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Stock Availability: If a product is unexpectedly out of stock or damaged.
- Pricing Errors: If there is a technical error in the pricing or product description.
- Verification Issues: If the order appears to be fraudulent or the shipping address is incomplete/incorrect.
In the event that we cancel your order, we will notify you via email or SMS and issue a 100% refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original source (Bank account, UPI, Credit/Debit card) within 7-10 working days after the cancellation is confirmed.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable as no payment was made upfront.
5. Bulk Orders
Cancellations for bulk or customized corporate orders are subject to different terms and may involve a cancellation fee depending on the stage of production/procurement. Please contact our sales team for specific details.
